Menu Plan Monday: March 19 - 24

Monday ~ Chicken Pasta Casserole
6 cups of cooked Pasta (Any type you like if fine, I use elbow pasta)
1 envelope of  Taco Seasoning
1 lb of cooked and shredded chicken
1 can (12 oz.) diced tomatos
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 small onion chopped
1 1/2 cups of cheddar or colby cheese (your choice)

Season the chicken with the taco seasoning, add tomatoes, tomato paste and onion.  Mix the chicken mixture with the pasta in a casserole dish.  Top with cheese and bake at 325 for about 20 minutes.

Note: you can also substite ground beef instead of chicken and spaghetti sause instead of taco seasoning

Tuesday ~  left overs
Wednesday ~ Homemade Pizza
Thursday ~ Spiced Pork Chop
Friday ~ Spaghetti with Salad
Saturday ~ Hamburgers, Mac and Cheese
